Are the products tested on animals?

No, maybeauty's skincare is 100% cruelty free and none of the products are tested on animals.

Do the products contain parabens and chemical preservatives?

No, maybeauty products are 100% natural and made only from organic ingredients.

Do the products expire?

Does your Vitamin C lose its effectiveness over time?

Many Vitamin C formulas can lose their effectiveness over time. We're proud that our Vitamin C product is designed to maintain its effectiveness thanks to our specific formulation and stable complex.

We use a combination of pure Vitamin C, enriched with our exclusive organic extracts of lemon and orange peels, incorporated into fresh organic aloe vera pure extract. This ensures that you'll enjoy the full benefits of our Vitamin C products for 12 months after opening.


How often should I use the products?

For the best result, we recommend applying the serum & cream on a daily basis – every morning and every evening.

In what order should the products be applied?

At first cleanse your skin, then gently apply the serum and as a last step use the cream. If you apply it in the morning, add some SPF.

Can maybeauty products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Yes, the formulations are natural and very delicate. They are safe for all people and skin types and they do not have any contraindication, including women during pregnancies or breastfeeding.

How long are the delivery times?

We're trying to process your orders as fast as possible. Currently, the delivery times are 2-5 business days within Germany and 3-7 business days for all other countries.

Can an order be cancelled or changed?
